Our International Wine and Spirit Competition Bronze Award winning Coral Sea Gin, hand-crafted by Reef Distillers is an exquisite creation inspired by the Southern Great Barrier Reef’s pink manta ray, Inspector Clouseau. Like his graceful dance to the ocean's depths, this gin captures the essence of the majestic creature, celebrating its rare, captivating allure. Coral Sea Gin is an artisanal blend of meticulously selected botanicals. At its heart lies the juniper berry with lively citrus notes dancing alongside, capturing the vibrancy and energy of the underwater world. Further enhancing the complexity, a delicate fusion of native botanicals include lemongrass, mandarin and Rosella. Naturally infusing Rosella, a tart Hibiscus flower, leaves a lingering sweetness.
